I take the time to understand you not just through the lens of your current challenges, but through your cultural background, personal history, and identity as a whole. I believe it’s essential to acknowledge the impact of systemic and institutional factors on how we see ourselves and navigate the world, and I strive to create a space where those realities can be explored with care and authenticity.
