From relationship challenges, exposure to trauma and overall daily demands, it can become difficult to navigate everyday life. Sometimes these tough situations can cause you to ask yourself, “Am I good enough?” or “Why me?” which can lead to depressive thoughts, anxiety, and even traumatic stress.
Change, processing, growth, and healing do not come easy. You set the pace for your healing journey.
I am passionate about empowering my clients to regain control of their life. My ideal client is one who is open-minded to new tools and perspectives about themselves.
